Returns & Exchanges

At BabyBliss, we want your little ones to be perfectly comfortable in our clothing; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unwashed items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
